It's already been two months since I signed up for it. Like other people have said it's a load of crap. Nothing but websites that you can search for free. If your problem is similar to mine let me know! Thanks!

I would contact the Better Business Bureau for your area. Go to www.bbb.org. I'm not sure they can help with matters pertaining to the internet, but if they can't, they can refer you to someone who can. In a lot of cases, they are able to get your money back, penalize the business for being fraudulent, and prevent them from ripping off other people in the future.

The BBB is a good start, but they will only take your complaint and give the company a rating. Next, contact your local/state Attorney General's Office. Most have a consumer frauds bureau. Here, you will receive a complaint form that you can fill out. They will then try to locate/contact the company themselves and use their powers to try and get you some restitution, like a refund. However, this process is a mediation process, and as such they cannot FORCE the company to compensate you. They may, however, have more resources to find the company that you do not have yourself.
