i cleaned my disk but then it deleted my files and programs what do i do?

Go to Windows Restore and go back to date before you lost your files and you should retrieve them back. Good Luck

explore the Recycle bin if nothing is there, try a system restore. Beyond that you would need to contact a professional date retrieval company.

use your windows xp disk if your using that and put them back on again or reformat your computer

did you format your c: drive, if you did then you will have to take your computer to a profeshional data recovery office
