I remember seeing the ending of this film in my childhood, a bad guy gets killed off and a chain falls on his head and it continues to fall until he is buried under this big pile of chain

I saw the movie twins with danny devito and at the end there was a bad guy who was trying to kill danny devitos character he pulled down the lever and a big pile of chain fell on his head and killed him
