if you found out that the other parent lied about where theylive or work-do you still have to allow visitation?

You could justifiably hold visitation, but it would depend on your state laws. Call your courts or call you lawyer and see what they advise. Also, review your custody documents and see if anything is mentioned about residence location.

usually the agreement (decree) should state that each parent has certain amount of days to notify the other about their new addresses. If your agreement states so, then you can refuse the visitation until the issue is resolved. If not, then you will hav eto continue to allow the visitation. You can always call the police and report child abduction if your child will not get returned to you on time from another parent.
The "Change of Adress" terms is a pretty standard paragraph in the divorce agreement. If you don't have one in yours, take it to court and motion for the agreement modification that will include address notification terms.
