Please don't hide your cutting. Its important to find out more about why you cut. The issue of cutting is becoming more understood and there are more helpful people available to help you journey through this. Keep a log of all the times you feel the impulse to cut. The feelings about why you cut will become more bearable and you will not need to get closer to suicide. This website has helpful links. http://www.ftnys.org/Girltalkwhywecut.htm

Don't cut yourself, what is that accomplishing... nothing. Is this the new thing to do?! Self inflicting injury will not solve anything, even though you think it may take the pain away. Call a hotline or go talk to someone. Grow up and stop hurting yourself. There is not one rational reason to do so. This will cause more problems then you can even imagine, if you keep doing this someone will find out and then you'll be put in a mental institution. Will that solve anything... NO. Go get help while you still can.

first of all,i know how you feel and i've been in your position. the only thing you accomplish is a deeper pit of self-pity. i dont want to sound like another boring christian that thinks they know all the answers, but it says in job 14:22 "He feels but the pain of his own body and mourns only for himself." that means that when you are cutting yourself, you are using a permanent solution to a temporary problem. no one has a perfect life, but we just have suck it up and keep looking strong. my best advice would be to just pray (and if you're not a christian already accept jesus as your savior) i've recently become a christian, and altho it sounds cliche, i felt like my soul was being renewed and suddenly all my problems that seems as big as mountains just shrank to the size of an ant hill. think about it =]

Well, things like long sleeve shirts or a tatoo might work, but i think the best idea would be to try to stop cutting yourself.
