cause i am very intelligent and i want something more challenging, and i wanted to know if its against the law for me to take classes, i have seen some of the text books and requirement and have taken some of the tests and found them only slightly challenging. i would research this but im in the middle of the whole new year thing so please help ty

It is not illegal. You do have to meet the school's requirements.

Now if you were to lie about your age or other information than that would be fraud which is illegal.

You have to be accepted by the school. In order to be accepted you have to prove you graduated from HS. You can take anything you want but you wont get credit for it if you lie. If you are as intelligent as you say you are, have your parents see if you can test out of some of your high school classes and be put into advanced placement classes which include the ability to take the tests to earn college credits.

I took 2 college courses at a community college when I was in High School. So why not!

See, you're very youthful for all this issues. So i could advise you which you will consult from him. you would be his buddy. then you definately ask her courteously why he shop finding at you. To take the course with parental or guardian permission - legal.

To enter into a contract stating you'll pay for it, even though you know you can't enter a contract (being a minor) - illegal - penalty - nothing.

no it is not illegal. if you can handle the courseload, go for it! if you intent to graduate after high school to go to college, you will be considered a transfer student instead first time freshman. However, you won't be eligible for financial aid because you will need a high school degree.

Check out the MITs open course-ware project. It's free but you can't get credit: http://ocw.mit.edu/index.html
You can order the same textbook that they use. You won't get credit but it would be very challenging.

it might so be careful if i were you i would cancel whatever you signed up for to get them. oh and next time you ask a question, dont give out your age it makes you look stupid. \/
