I wouldn't say stupid myself, because it is a rather reasonable question. I hadn't really thought about it before, to be honest, but I suppose she- they- must be if you look at it from certain points of views. I think you can only really call something sexist (whether it's all male or all female) if it refuses to have people from the opposite sex just because they are from the opposite sex and as far as I'm aware Beyoncé's group hasn't done that.

It would be equally as sexist, if not more so, to include a token man who was not needed for the music. You can have positive as well as negative discrimination and neither is good.
If I had a shop with 25 workers (say 20 Caucasian and 5 Indian) and I wanted another employee - if I went and hired a black person just because I had no black workers and did not want to look racist then I would be discriminating unfairly in favour of black people.
Her musicians will be chosen for musical aptitude and general performance skills - she would not risk album sales by hiring anyone who was not a good performer because they were a woman.

Sexist? Who gives a f***!! what gender are in a band? i am sure their mentality isnt that sad! the thing i can`t hack about Beyonce, is how she owns the band, she sings everything, i never hear Kelly or Michelle sing, but i suppose with her Daddy calling the shots, she is the voice of the group!! in every sense, i wouldnt say she is sexist, but she clearly thinks she is the best out of that group!! in other words they wouldnt be Destinys Child without Beyonce...

P.s she needs to sort that weave out of hers, the word mess, and horrific comes to mind, it looks like someone has ran a griddle over the side of her face...

This is a really good question.
I don't think it matters if she is being sexist as most people like me have never heard of her: and by the sound of it I don't want to.
Millions of us chose our own kind of music to listen to instead of the useless drivel that's pumped out on the radio and television.

A good question. To be honest, I had never thought of the sexist issue. I simply put it off to talent required, sought, found.

Beyonce is not sexist. And if she was why do you care? Maybe you are just upset because she's beautiful and successful and you are not.
