One more time.............
Because BUSH has NEVER killed anyone. You are comparing someone who gets glorified for killing innocent people and someone who is trying to salvage whatever hope for prosperity is left.

What President Bush does is tempered by the checks and balances of Congress and the House of Representatives.
Unlike Hussein, Bush does not have absolute power.
Hussein, however, dictated who was to be killed, and there was no trial for the suspects who then became his victims.
If you don't like the way America is run, then you are welcome to move to Iraq.

Well... If it was such a fair trial, why was the first judge pressured to resign when he was leaning towards Saddams saying he had just reasons for executing those men? Why were 3 of Saddams lawyers murdered? If it was such a fair trial, why was there that type of terrible meddling? Why don't we charge other countries leaders of crimes against humanity because they have poor amongst them while they live extravagantly? I don't know why he was singled out as he didn't seem like the worst evil out there & he wasn't a threat to us. If anything, I believe he would've continued to help keep Iran in check whom I believe is a big concern to us. There are countries conspiraring to bring Western Civilization down, Saddam wasn't one of them & I believe he would've allied with us like he had in the past. We need allies & sadly I believe we cut off one that we really could have used. I don't trust Al Kida or Iran, etc. I do believe they are still planning like they planned for years before they pulled off 9-11.
I kinda wish he had weapons of mass destruction that he could of used to help us against the real enemies! (Al Kida, Iran, etc.) I think he only cursed us (according to the interpreter...) when he was standing at the gallows because he felt it was an injustice. He said he killed those men as punishment for trying to assisinate him & was sending a message of deterence. What would we do to a group inside our own country who had it out to assisinate & overthrow President Bush? And wouldn't you make an example out of them & send a message of deterence to the others in the coo? Kinda like the message we are sending out to the terrosist who are still conspiring against us. Civilians, children & all are getting caught up in this cost of war. It was like a war of sorts that his own countrymen were trying to rise up against him & overthrow him. He said he gave them a fair trial & executed them. I kinda wish they coulda just gave him (Saddam) life in prison. But, he didn't give those men he executed life in prison. I guess, sometimes, if you live by the sword, you die by the sword? :(****
BTW, Happy New Year 2007 to you all! I hope it will Happy, Healthy & Safe!
