A rumored gay living on county road corner has dug off the shoulder along pavement one side and filled in ditch, stopping water flow on other. The water is now flowing accross road above his property during heavy rain. When freezing weather gets here, it could be dangerous. Where the shoulder has been dug away from pavement,
there isn't any room left for a pedristian to get out of a cars way. The neighbors noticed this, the county has been informed but no officals care. Am I just paranoid or should the road be safe for everyone?

I doubt this has anything to do with this persons lifestyle and rather the work ethic of some government employees. Last time I checked they weren't known for speedy responses and a lot of them aren't there to help their constituents but rather the people who paid to get them their jobs.

I think it is more just laziness.

Perhaps going to a county board of supervisors meeting and explaining the danger to pedestrians, or getting a local TV station to cover the problem might be effective.
I personally would leave the person's sexual orientation out of it, especially if it is just rumored.

Sounds to me like a case of laziness on their part.
