http://www.anytimecostumes.com/articles/hermione-granger-costumes.html sells the Gryffindor robes.
http://www.costumecraze.com/index-harry-hermione.html sells wigs, wands and robes.
I couldn't find anywhere with the skirt & sweater (I think it's a Gryffindor sweater, though); you may have to shop around for something that looks similar.

please don't laugh, but try thrift stores .sometimes you can buy the uniform skirts at stores like k-mart.
