You can have a miscarriage and not even know, but it's way more likely your period was just late. I've had mine be as much as 2 weeks late for no reason at all, and this has happened more than once.

I suppose it could be possible although sometimes your period will just be late. Mine was 1 whole month late once and my doctors confirmed that I was not pregnant

You probably were not pregnant. So many things could have delayed your period....an overabundance of physical activity, stress, hormone fluctuations....depending on how old you are....your body can go through stages of change. This might be one of those times.

You should ask your doctor. It may seem embarassing but honestly, this is such a legit question, and you're not the first to wonder/ask this. It could be anything from a miscarriage to a horomone imbalance.
