Just go to the court house, it should be free, because it is public record. Also if you type like criminal records for ______ County in yahoo search it may find you a site for the county records.

Depends on the state but there are most often such things as public record search engines. Most states or counties have municipal courts with them as well. Try www.pretrieve.com
