They must be using the same type of RAM. Go to www.crucial.com to see what RAM each PC is using.

if the pc uses the same type of memory (i.e sdram,ddr/ddr2 etc) as the ram your pulling out,yes. if it uses a different memory standard, say you have sdram,and what to use it in a system that uses ddr/or ddr2,then no

Possible? Yes. The only catch is that the PC in which you are putting it must be able to use it. Check the user's manual.

its pretty simple really, just look to see if the RAM will fit in the RAM slot in the other PC, if it fits, it works
