Take us out and you would see pretty quickly. Sheer numbers.

And we're not all "retired". I just turned 50 and there are those that are still in their early 40's.

No, we are not all retired!! Some of us are working, really like our jobs, and have no plans to retire. Baby boomers range in age from 42 (born in 1964) up to 60 and you can't stereotype us or the way we spend our time.

I am 57, most people think I'm at least 10 years younger, and I am enjoying the heck out of life (most of the time, that is)!

I am one of the baby boomers, I was born on the tail end of it, in the mid 1950's. personally I am in college to get a an education so I can get a good paying job. I was a janitor.

most are doing what they can to survive

The ones who had the babies are retired. The ones who were the babies are in thier working prime and do all of the jobs that are needed.

TRUE BB'S WERE BORN 1945 TO 1950....1945=61 YRS. OLD-----50 = 56 YRS. OLD MANY OF THESE ARE STILL IN SUPERVISORY CAPACITIES.....THOSE WHO OWN THEIR OWN BUSINESS' MIGHT GO INTO THEIR SEVENTIES BEFORE THEY RETIRE...GENERAL EMPLOYEES WILL RETIRE AT 62 AT 80% SOC. SEC. OR GO ON TO AGE 68 FOR FULL BENEFITS......
