brown eye make-up actually brings out blue eyes. i would suggest black or grey eye make-up. mascara also makes eyes brighter so i would just stick to eye shadow and liner in dark colors to make them appear duller

I have blue eyes too, and I actully wear brown eyeshadow to make my eye color seem BRIGHTER. When I was talking to a beuty consaltent, they said that wearing brown eyeshadow if you have blue eyes, make them pop more. So, I wouldnt recomend those colors. But blue eyeshadow does make your eyes seem dimmer because it draws attention away from your eyes. Hope it helps!!!

now why would you want to do that?
but yeah i'd opt for a darker color. lining your eyes (top and/or bottom) makes them appear smaller, so that will probably make your eyes look less bright.

don't try to make them less bright you need to realize that so many people wish they had that eye color! embrace it! you shouldn't minimize the beauty of your eyes, you should maximize them by wearing some lengthening black mascara and a cute shimmer eyeshadow! good luck

brighter blues than your eyes. why is bright blue eyes bad, though? your eyes are probaly gorgeous. there is also color contacts.
