I got married on December 5th 2006. I have been lied to and get watched over, I can't even go to the bathroom alone. Especially if I am on the computer it is over my shoulder central. The worst thing is I caught him looking at half naked women on here. He called me the B word and I ended up slapping him. I need help.

Try searching www.nolo.com and then looking for your State's laws or check with your local librarian's research dept.; they're usually so well informed that they'll probably find exactly what you're looking for.
Honey, if you're sure you want out, that may be taking the easy way out of your vows. How about either verbal or written communication between you? Sometimes the written words take the irritation down a notch and may possibly prevent a fight. You also need to not be slapping him; he could use that in future against you, and besides, it's not a civilized
way to solve problems. Men, almost all of them, look at naked women every chance they get. It's not a crime, but it's also not terribly healthy if you guys are newlyweds.
Hope this helps. Good Luck in 2007.

On Tuesday morning go to the courthouse where you live and ask how to go about getting the marriage annuled. It sounds like you are making a wise decision to get out of a marriage that isn't working as quickly as possible. Keep yourself safe until you get to the courthouse, also you might contact the local law enforcement to see if he can be removed from the place you are living in until you can get legal advice on Tuesday. Praying for you and your safety.

You can’t have it annulled unless you meet the grounds for annulment. Short-term marriage or ‘buyer’s remorse’ is not grounds for annulment. Grounds for annulment include things like the marriage was not legal to begin with or the marriage was entered into under duress.
