i'm looking for a nice town to raise my kids .

You should check out Harrisonburg, VA. The people were very friendly and intelligent, the town was clean and prosperous. James Madison University is there as well as a large Mennonite University. There was activities for all age groups all year. The town is not too big and not too small, you can live in the country and be minutes from the city. Good luck to you and your children!
