If your relationship wasn't much he probably is not. He has better things to do. But if you dated for a while and he was a jealous person he may be.

I'm going out on a limb on this one--under some circumstances there are programs that allow someone to take over a distant computer. I experienced this mostly with tech support on a network. The tech could do what needed to be done faster than talking you through it. However, I could always watch what was happening. So, yes it's possible, but my instinct says not with a standalone computer. If you're really concerned, copy any sensitive material to an external hard drive/flash drive/cd, etc. and store it somewhere and delete it off your main computer.

Yeah. Only if he knows your passwords or if he knows how to hack. Change all of your passwords to everything. And by spying you mean like looking at info right not literally SPYing as in watching you? Although that is possible too if you have a webcam. Happy New Year! And good luck figuring this out!

You dont just need passwords he could have installed a keystroke loggers and although some he would need acess to your computer to read what you've typed others will email him a transcript of your typing. I would try scrubbing your computer or googleing kestroke logger to see the file names to search for.
