In the time of carrying a child for 9 months, people always talk about what you can do for your baby, eat healthy, exercise, blah blah.....yeah thats wonderful advice for the baby, and you too so you can be healthy for your baby. I'm not saying anything against that, I'm just saying that you want to do something for yourself! Don't feel guilty about anything! It will be hard but just try try TRY to remember that through all of those weird moments when a smell makes you sick, going to the bathroom every 5 minutes, laying in bed with a huge head...(maybe thats a butt?) sticking out your side, and oh my goodness I'm not even going to look in the mirror or my pre pregnancy clothes......sigh....just breathe and do yourself a favor, think of how wonderful you are to be able to be doing what you are doing now, bringing a life into the world, no man can do that, and some women unfortunately cannot be able to do that. After you think of that, find a nice warm soft place and just sleep....sleep until you wake up without alarms interuptions of people....just sleep.......you deserve it.

Pamper!!! I have never enjoyed getting pampered as much as I do now. There's nothing better then getting home from work and my boyfriend rubbing my feet. It's amazing. Just relax and do things to make yourself feel good. Ie: Taking a bath. =) Best Wishes Hun.

As other people have said, eat healthy, exercise, take good care of your body---AND pamper yourself. Life changes dramatically once the baby is born---and it's not bad, but you will miss the days when you could come and go as you wanted, and take naps or rest when you want...so do all of that stuff now.

Take good care of herself...eat right, get rest, be calm, moderate exercise, good healthcare. She'll feel better, look better, be healthier and be giving her baby the best chance at life.

Eat healthy. Dont eat lots of fatty, sugary foods. The pounds will just kreep up on you. After the baby is born it is hard to lose lots of weight just cause you liked to eat junk food.
Drink lots of water.

Exercise, eat healthy, refrain from alcohol, smoking and drugs, drink stacks of water and just enjoy carrying a little miracle inside of you.
