no a womans body only produces milk when she is pregnant and gave birth a womans body only makes milk when the hormone called prolactin is released in a womans body.

It depends on whether or not she was lactating at the time. Women just don't biologically produce milk for no reason. There has to be a child involved.

no...just blood and guts, plus...a woman's breast only has milk in it when she lactating from breast feeding her child
