Not sure what those other two answers were. TR left office after two terms and not running for re-election in 1908. He had come into officein 1901 as VP moving up after the assassination of McKinley. He won in 1904 and swore he would not run again. However, in 1912, he decided to run again. Denied the Republican nomination, he ran on the new Progressive Party (aka Bull Moose Party) but lost to Woodrow Wilson, although he did beat Republican President William Howard Taft.

he has a 65% overall approval rating at the time he left office. This was even after Monica. One would have to assume, and judging by the comments on yahoo about Monica, that without her, he would have had an approval rating in the mid to high 80's. Maybe even higher.
