How do you get smoke stain off of a pack-n-play?

My sitters husband smoke and the sides and the mat are stained and I am looking for sugestions as to how to remover the stains. Anyone got any?

Most likely, it won't come out. I had a white-legged table from my mother's estate (she smoked and died of lung cancer). I never could scrub off the nicotine stains (even with bleach) until I used a paint remover. Sorry about the Pack-n-Play.
