I live in a condo and sometimes when I use a heater where I plug the end into an outlet and I use another electricity in the kitchen or other rooms - some part of my home go dark. How does power outage occur? Like, what happens exactly? Other than using too much electricity in one room.

the rating on the circuit breaker/fuse is exceeded by what you have pluged in. Plug the other heater into another circuit from each other

When too much electricity or energy is transferred through electrical wires/cords and the line breaks and shortages out :] I believe.
