Doesnt matter as long as that person will have fun,
invite your friends or just make it your family,
get some good food that people will love to eat like spaghetti, pizza, soda etc. Get some games or if you want or rent a movie and watch it with popcorn. Get some party decorations up with some kareoke set to singalong with. Magic candles on your cake will be cool. Get one or those stringers or have a slumber party, even get a DJ to put some music into the party.

A good party would be at her house. Do some fun games, eat your favorite food and then have the girls and guys pair up for a dance party !

In the evening backyard build a fire play music order pizza & have all the junk food & soda on hand the conversation & the adults not hanging over them is great.
Have fun stuff for them to do like bubblegum blowing contest & marshmallows to roast.

Go to a laser tag arena. Is unique, and affordabe.
Or, stay at home and watch , movies
Go bowling
See a movie

maybe go laser tagging, bowling, swimming, adventure whats going on in da mall, c a movie, host a lil party at home wit good food-good music-and a lotta space fo a dance off, or roller skatin.

Bowling parties are pretty fun. Make sure it is on a night were they are playing good music. (sometimes they have a dance floor too!)

Well, this is kinda between the two. I'm turning 12 and I am going roller skating at a roller rink. They play awesome music, they have good slushi's and sweet nacho's!

go swimming and jukusieing if u have a heated pool and jukusie or jus watch movies and eat food
