What does it mean when file names change to blue?

Question

when i go to My Documents, some of my file names e.g some microsoft Word document names have changed from black to blue, not all of them just some. I just did a disk defragmentation and cleanup. Would this have something to do with it?

Files with blue filenames are compressed files. I believe that disk cleanup will compress files that have not been accessed/modified for a while to gain some disk space.

Also, files with green filenames are encrypted with Windows encryption.
