You have my sympathy, as I am so luck to have neevr had any such problems.

I do recommend, however, that you follow the advice given in the film "There's Something About Mary" and masturbate a while before you are intending to have sex with your partner. The fact that have ejaculated quite recently will mean that you won't fire quite so quickly when you and your partner get down to it and you will make the experience last longer.

Also, squeezing the end of your penis and holding it, stopping the ejaculation, will mean that you have to build up to that point again.

Just a couple of tips. At my age, I could sometimes do with being a little more premature!! Certainly don't start worrying about it, if it happens, just rest a little while and go for round two and make it a marathon.

That's a real bummer, but not fatal.
First of all, (and this is gonna sound bad), you've got some exercises to do while alone - such as hand jobs to the point of cumming, but then back off and start all over again, and again the same proceedure until you've been able to sustain the erection without actually cumming for longer and longer amounts of time.
Secondly, you can satisfy your partner. Foreplay needs to be extended for a much longer time.
I also recommend that the lady use a vibrator either with your assist or without (it can be stimulating watching though) and use it sufficiently to climax often enough to bring her to the point where all she wants is YOU. Now here's where your exercise pays off -- you've satisfied her already in not being put off by the use of the "V" or better, your doing it for her, and now the two of you are prepped for the big one together.
You do know, don't you, that a womans' climax is mostly achieved through the adequate stimulation of her clit, ergo the vibrator with headpiece that has nubs on it, not the penis shaped kind.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

The timing of the ejaculation has little to do with satisfying a partner. There are a lot of techniques to make up for this, and adequate foreplay is a great start. Also, once the first ejaculation is out of the way, the second takes longer. Just go at it again! Enjoy the adventure.

I don't consider it a 'problem' as much as I do an 'unwanted' complement!
You're enjoying it too much at a pivotal moment! You are a very sensual person and it just gets the 'best' of you. Have you tried desensitisers? or getting your partner there first? There are also many medications that could help you with that.
Try thinking of The Queen Mother when that moment hits you! (unless she turns you on) or think of what a stud you are and fantasise that you can GO forever, isn't that what sex is all about? Fantasy? give it a try.

If you've ever been disillusioned into thinking that there's nothing you can do to prevent premature ejaculation and that it's just something "you're born with" or "can't do anything about" then hopefully this will change your mind and inspire you https://tr.im/PFXSR

Because the truth is that there are many ways to prevent premature ejaculation, and being able to last longer in bed is something that lies within your control.

There are steps you can take to actually build a strong, stable marriage and avoid divorce. Read here https://tr.im/QJppD

Here are some key steps to apply to your marriage:

- Start by understanding and being informed.

You can never be too informed about tools, methods and studies about building successful marriages. Understand the risk factors like your age and maturity at marriage can determine how successful it will be, the anatomy of an affair and what you can do after infidelity. Understand the success factors like the personal and psychological circumstances that will influence your marriage, what are the tools and approaches available to you in dealing with conflict, and numerous other relevant data. All this information is readily available to you whether through self-help material, through a counselor, support group or other venues. In fact, we have made it our commitment to provide these to you in different formats to help you make the best marriage you can.

The thing is, remember, this is information is not available for you to begin hyper-psychoanalyzing your relationship, yourself and your partner. It's not a matter of spewing trivia for the sake of conversation ' information is there for you to ponder over and internalize to help you transform yourself and your marriage. That includes maturing to such a point that you become more competent in your knowledge but more prudent in approach.

Two suggestions:
1. Ejaculate very quickly and then relax .... you'll be much slower the second time
2. Think of something really boring, like a budgie in a cage

There are other ways to satisfy your partner.

If you finish before her, it is your responsibility as a MAN to make sure your partner is as satisfied as you are.

Use your mouth, hands, buy some toys etc.

OR, you can try doing foreplay until she is just about there ( and most women LOVE foreplay :-), then you can engage in sex and hopefully achieve orgasm together.
