I have a 45lb, 7ft olympic bar.......?

It was given to me after sitting in a guy's shed for a long time. It has rust on it. The bearings are okay. What will eat the rust so I can prime it? Or is there some other way to fix it up?

Take it all apart and go have it sandblasted. You could go to an auto body shop to get this done.

End rust is a real product works miricals.
