But I havent breast feed for 3 yrs now.Any ideas to tied my over untill i can get to my doc?

This could be so many things that there is no other recommendation than to just focus on pain relief, it could be harmful to recommend anything else. It is best to see the doctor and find out exactly what is going on. Doing the wrong thing could cause injury or complications. I know it isn't what you want to hear but it really is best to do no harm when there is no way to know the exact problem. For now, just taking ibuprofen for pain would be the safest thing to do until you see your doctor.
