depends on what you mean by random. I have had a few people email me to criticize an answer I gave. In each case their magic magnifying mind had read extra things into what I wrote.
I wrote back to some but it usually doesn't go anywhere.

Yep. And she had the nerve to threaten me. I just laughed. What the hell is she gonna do? She doesn't know me or where I am. Plus, it was just funny because she was worked up about some comment I made that wasn't even rude or anything. Some people are just sad.

No, but I don't use my personal email address much on the internet. I set up a separate one on yahoo for anything I think will cause me to receive spam.

I've only been on here for like 2 days but i picked this guys thing for a best answer and then in the feedback i said that i mailed him cuz i couldn't find something on my screen but then i found it and i said i was dumb and he emailed me and said really? is that true? nobel prize for you. that is sooooo mean cuz im really not that dumb i jus have blonde moments.

No. Months ago, someone here (Who I had thought a friend) took a dislike to me and actually called me on the phone (I had given him my phone number, because at one point he said he was punching out) to lecture me, and sent me some scolding e-mails, but it's all good, sweetie.
Just let it go.

Yes, to insult my intelligence like pretending to be my credit card company, wanting me to type my account # to them...Also offering weight loss pills and viagra thinking that I have these problems.

yeah I got an email cursing me out for an answer I gave here and it was not even CLOSE to what my answer was about. I have discovered that there are many illiterate people esp on Yahoo answers
