When I turn on my heat pump no air comes out.?

The relay switch makes a humming sound but the blower motor won't run.

When current is given to the relay does it it close? if so then it maybe the motor is bad. If not to make sure bypass the relay. if the motor goes it is the relay

Sounds like the blower motor is locked up and most likely needs to be repalced
