I don't know what type of guys you hang out with but I buy new boxer/briefs on a regular basis.

I buy my husband's underwear for him so that I know he's got good ones. I'll be folding laundry sometimes and be like "Get in the car, kids.. Dad needs more underpants.."

They're just getting broken in. Besides it is easy to tell the front from the back now. . .you asked for it. . .brown in back, yellow in front.
