Let's see, Timothy McVeigh was 1 out of 300,000,000 in the USA who committed a terrorist attack on American soil. Yep, your statement makes real sense... Americans went around terrorizing themselves.

Americans don't terrorize themselves. Let's see, Africans will continue killing each other, same in Mexico (the survivors try to flee to the USA), same in Brazil, shia and sunni muslims will continue to blow each other up in Iraq........lots of worldwide examples. But not Americans.
