Lance Johnson- White Sox (1988-95) Mets (1996-1997) Cubs (1997-1999) Yankees (2000)

Charlie Smith- White Sox (1962-64) Mets (1964-65) Yankees (1967-68) Cubs (1969)

And the one that I had to look up
Dick Tidrow- Yankees (1974-79) Cubs (1979-82) White Sox (1983) Mets (1984)

Several players have played for both Chicago teams and several players have played for both New York teams but only these three played for all four teams over the course of their career.

Good question!
