I will keep it short and sweet!
They are asking what are your talents
What can you offer to them or a business.
May be what have you recieved training in.
They are really asking what shills do you have, but are seeking it to be put into categories or sets!
I hope that that made it a little easier. xx

What are you good at?

Language? Computers? Managing people...

None of these things requires a SINGLE skill. They are like clusters or groups of related skills. This is business-speak. It is like another language.

I stand around at work sometimes, with my mouth hanging open, simply listening to some of the people babbling away. As my friend used to say, "What do it MEAN?"

My vocabulary was in the 99th percentile WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL (haha! my typing was NOT!), and sometimes I have NO IDEA what these people are saying....

What you are good at and what you've been trained to do. It's what you can do for an employer.
