Batman or V for Vendetta.
Because they DON'T need any stupid powers, SO they can't have their powers taken away from them or otherwise neutralized like other Supers can.
They are also really KEWL.

I'd probably be Black Panther at this point.
1: He is married to Ororo Munroe (alias:Storm)
2: He doesn't have as many issues as other superheroes. Most heroes have messed-up lives!
