I downloaded some songs about four hours ago, and my iPod is still blinking orange! I don't know what's taking it so long! Is this normal?

Does anyone have a phone number for customer assistance? The only ones I have either don't go through, give me a "Press 1 for...Press 2 for...Press 3 for..." or just say that they are closed for the holidays.

Its not normal, what i would do is eject (not physically pull out) the shuffle from your library. Then you should be safe to pull it out. Dont worry, your iPod will be fine. It just does that sometimes, my video does it. if the files aren't on there, then just retry it.

yea its normal for an ipod because they are one of the worst mp3 players out there. They always have at least on problem with them. They always have bad quality, and they come with bad earphones. Next time DONT GET AN IPOD because they are always faulty or broken. Get a Iriver or something by creative
