No, you do not have to get all A's.
Yes, you do need to prepare yourself for some intensive coursework.
Here is what you really need to do.
Focus on getting the best grades you can, especially in your math and science courses.
Take the opportunity to learn as much as possible about veterinary medicine, and about working with and handling animals.
Try to see if there are opportunities in your community where you can try out the field - volunteer at the local animal shelter, or at your local vet clinic.
Remember that volunteer work does not pay in cash, but provides invaluable experience!
Have fun and good luck!

I worked in veterinary medicine before I became a teacher, and I have friends who are now in vet school. Admission to a vet school is HIGHLY competitive. Most of the people who apply to vet school are not accepted. The veterinarian that treats your pets may not have been accepted the first time he/she applied. There are many more women in vet school than men. You have a much better chance of being accepted if you can show talents and knowledge beyond basic sciences. You'll definitely want to make your very best grades possible in your science (particularly biological and chemical science) classes. It would also be a good idea to consider getting a minor in something other than science. A business degree or minor is a really outstanding choice, due to the business knowledge that you must have to effectively run a veterinary business. Good luck! You don't have to make all A's, but you definitely want to make more A's than non-A's and you don't want any C's.

Vet school is very competitive and there are always far more students who want to get in than there are spaces. So the better your grades are, the better chance you have of getting accepted. A previous poster gave you some good ideas about volunteering. Also, see if you can get a summer or part time job at a vet clinic when you are old enough. All this sort of experience will help you.
