I would recommend ebay.com, amazon.com or if you are not into the auction style of bidding then I would try half.com (a branch off of ebay). There they have low cost items with flat rate shipping...good luck....

I don't know...I hope it comes out on DVD that show was really funny.
I honestly don't think it is out on DVD yet. You may have to try a torrent site or a newsgroup to find them. I think the show got taken off of the air because it was "objectionable" so they may not release it to DVD anytime soon. I enjoyed it though!
According to wikipedia "The PJ's is currently airing weeknights at 3am on the Bravo channel in the United Kingdom."
