My favorite flower would have to be a hibiscus. I work at a greenhouse, and although the hibiscus aren't the most fragrent, nor are they the plants that bloom the most, when they do bloom, I find I can't tear my eyes away from them. I have to pick up the plant and set it on the counter for everyone to see. Sadly the only type of hibiscus that is perennial to where I live looks more like a rose mallow flower than the actual tropical flower.
I find though that the tropical makes a very good houseplant, and is very forgiving (seeing as my cat tried to eat mine over the winter, and when I put it back outside, in a new pot and soil, it came completely back to life)!

Roses: Knock Out, Joseph's Coat, Belinda's Rose, Mr. Lincoln
I love so many different roses it's really hard to choose. But then I also love flowering vines such as Jasmin and Honeysuckle (they really bring the big bees into the yard though...lol). I also like to have Bottle Brush for the butterflies... oh, and Hollyhocks. For something to make guests say "ooh, what's that" Bleeding Hearts or an Angel Trumpet. It's too hard to pick only one... if I could I'd turn our 3 acres into a beautiful English garden.... not heard of too much here in Texas especially since we are known for having the largest antique rose emporiam in the states. For a very romantic outing take your special someone to Tyler, Texas for the Rose Festival.

It may be a cliche Nate, but my favorite flower is whatever is flowering at the moment. I've tried to pick favorites like the rose or orchid, but the more I learned about the flower, the beauty and uniqueness of the interior, how it has adapted to it's environment (for example leaf shape), then truly I've come to love all flowers.
My mood changes, I may quickly pass by one plant to admire another nearby, but soom I'm back to the first.

Mr. Nate, a favorite flower, this is to hard, it use to be gardenia, then jasmine, then oceana rose, angle trumpet, star gazer lily, Dianthus, hyacenth, now adays it is the Echinacea's known as exclusives from Saul Nurseries the greenhouses I grow for. The fowers smell so good you have to work among the bees, who non stop collecting the pollen, then when the flower turns to seed the birds arrive and eat them. This is my favorite flower, thank you for helping me figure it out. The flower by the way is called Echinacea Big Sky series, such as Twilight and Sunrise. Mabe you'll see it out there one day, if so give it a good wiff and you'll smell what i'm saying!!!!!!!!!!
Happy Planting

Top question Nate. My favourite flower is also my favourite tree - Magnolia Soulangeana. They are the most amazing flowers especially in spring when they bloom on leafless branches.
A close second would be Witch Hazel.

Dutch Iris, Sweet Pea, roses, I could not choose between them so I picked my top three. Iris because of their fresh new spring appeal, sweet pea early summer and then roses ahhhhhhhhhh.
