If you live in a town or city with a college, start there. We have a state college here, and they have a small business development center. Usually there is not a fee, just lots of advice from people who have already established their business. There are professors from the college who teach business, economics, etc. who will advise you also. Your city or town may also have a Department of Business, Commerce and Industry. That's a good place to start also. Good Luck.
