Practice your performance a lot, so that you are really confident about it. Also, perform in front of family members, friends, etc. so that you are more comfortable singing around people.
Good luck! :)

practice in front of your family... I speak from experience it helps. Also if you talent show is in a big auditorium you probably won't be able to see the audience very well so that should help. I always get nervous for a small talent show or an audition because I can see the people clearly.... but in big show I almost never get nervous.... weird huh...

Everyone gets stage fright, it's healthy. The best way to do it is to imagine everyone out in the audience up there doing what you have the courage to do. If you pick the frumpiest dowdiest person trying to do what you're doing you'll laugh and mostly get over it.

Try to take deep breaths in and out while trying to relax.Focus on what you have to do on the stage and don't look at people in the audience. Also, remember that we are all humans and if you do something wrong, people will forget about it.Also, try to get into the part you are doing.Hope I helped!

The more you are on the stage and in the presents of others the less you are afraid of it. First start by rehersing around good friends and go from there

Try imagining everyone in their underwear, haha. j/k :] Try calming down by eating, or listening to music while you practice your lines. Or practice in front of a mirror. Or make your situation funny and laugh at it, and practice enjoying it :] Or think about how great you are and be arrogant. haha. Just some suggestions :]

Unfortunately the only thing I can recommend would be to face your fears...the more you do this the less frightening it will be...maybe you should try performing in front of your family and friends for practice....good luck!!!

u dont. it's one of those things that will never completely go away. but something that helps is find something in the back on the room to stare at and dont look at anyone in the eyes. it's helped me some for my solos and such.

I want to see you tell the story and if you do not tell us we will never know. You have the power and you can use it to deprive your audience the experience. I just want to hear. If you make a mistake it makes no difference just do it you have all the power.
