Wow, thats tough. My sex drive didnt die down till we were married for about 4 years and I was about 22 at that time. I really dont think it has to do with you at all. Its just an issue that he has. Some people dont see it as wrong and some do. I just happen to be one that would join him lol but I used to be like you so I fully understand where u are comming from. You say you live in a small time so counseling is out of the question. Have you tried going to a different town? When we lived in Many, La we would drive to Houston Texas to do things we didnt want small town folks to know. Just keep communication with him and try to work through it all before you jump to divorce like some people would say. You have only been married a year. The best is to come soon. My marriage was BRUTAL the first 2 years and now it seems so perfect! You have to work through your hardships so dont give up! Stay strong!

get piece of paper and list on it what what is good about you and what faults you think you may have and do the same for him. Remember that the relationship was not strong enough or it would have lasted longer than the 5 months so now is the time to consider it a life lesson, learn from it, and go on as a stronger person.

Find yourself some new hobby or interest. Keep yourself occupied with things that do NOT relate to him. It is a healing process and will take time. Don't be alone all the time,go out with friends or where other people are, staying alone always makes things harder and worse. Good luck and praying for you. Happy Prosperous New Year to you as well.

hi im married as well remmber how you both feel when you first met shered your first love if u do then the key is to never lose them kinda feelings for eachother there the reason you get togher for and shere ,love can be allways loving fun togher but it allways takes two its planing just like when you first met and found then desires togher work to keep them going allways because if lovers dont then love suffers ppl split only cose they lost it what they once had so keep it loving and fun for eachother and shere love will stay strong if you try want it that way. if not life moves on meet others but this same thing can repeat allover again when you have it now before you really .

Have you tried therapy? If you have children, you should. I've been married 13 1/2 years and the first and the last have been the hardest. The first year is a real adjustment and most of us have unrealistic expectations of how it will be. Good luck to you both.

I find that focusing on one important thing in my life keeps me strong. Make new goals, and stick to them. Force yourself to get out there, again, and be with people. Constantly being on the move first convinces your body that you've moved on, and soon your mind will follow suit.
