Is it ethical to go out of our way to provide for the underprivileged and underserved, even to the extent that we discriminate against those who are privileged?

It's not ethical to turn the other way KNOWING our troops are grossly under-served, under-resourced - not to forget under-manned thanks to US withdrawing 77% of troops out of Afghanistan leaving UK/NATO troops to clear up the mess !

Truth is, ethics go out the window unless there is a great photo-call for the person who makes a difference to the under-privileged, under-served, under-resourced and under-manned.
