Carrie Fisher was better in the Star Wars films, but outside of them Portman is a much better actress, she was just too young in the SW films.

I like them both, but I would choose Natalie Portman. She seems to be a much better actress.

I would have to say George like Natalie better as an actress. He's picked her to play a roll in Indy 4. Carrie was/is a good actress, but wasn't in much. She's a better author than actress.

Since I saw Carrie Fisher play Luke Skywalker's sister when I was really little, I would have to say Natile Portman.

Natalie Portman. And because she is a better actress she will have a longer and award winning career.

Portman is better as an actor, Fisher was the better of the two in Star Wars (Portman's character in Star Wars got worse lines each movie... gag me, please.)
