Have you served? I have. There is not a draft, if you do not want to go to the military...then you do not have to. Simple as that. We don't want some pansies that don't really want to be there anyway. It is better to have people there because THEY want to be there. Serving because you want to, makes a more productive soldier. We need people physically and mentally ready for the job, are you? If you are thats cool, but I don't think the twins are ready... perhaps people who ask questions like this is not ready either.

What do you mean dying for your country? Iraq is NO THREAT to us. When we pull out NEXT YEAR, right after the elections, Iraq will quickly become old news. And still life will go in in the US.

Why didn't Chelsea go to Somolia or any of the other "International Meals on Wheels" tours of duty during her father's presidency?

They didn't enlist because THIS IS STILL AMERICA!.......They have a CHOICE!

There is no draft and military service is voluntary........no inference can nor should be drawn regarding anyones patriotism because they did not serve in the military.

They are too high on pcp to even make their way to a recruitment center and they know that their father is up to no good.

Plus, why should Bush send them when he could send foolish people who volunteered?

Maybe this will help. The first two definitions apply to the American military and American citizens and how both intermix.

The second two apply directly to you and the others that have asked this question over and over.

Because the military is voluntary; do you understand what voluntary means? They are his daughters not his employees.

Maybe you should be asking them since they are the only ones that know why.

Personally, I don't think that it is any of your business.
