There are two aspects to the post secondary degree

(1) getting more knowledge for a specific area

(2) learning how to take in and retain high amounts of new information, how you approach problems, and how you present material and yourself. You mature in the process, and you learn how to be adaptable and flexible in picking up a wide variety of skills and information, and be able to work and cope under high stress circumstances. It also requires going beyond the material taught in a class setting and being able to apply it to other areas.

Some areas, the degree is essential (like for engineering, medicine, high school teacher, etc.), others it is not. You can get a degree and then go into an area that is completely irelevant to what you studied, but the degree itself opens up more opportunities because of the mental training and because many employers realize that there's more to getting a degree than just sitting in classes anbd writing tests (FYI -- many top A high school students can't pass first year university because they can't adapt or work under the pressure)

With more current studies I believe it is important to achieve at least a minimum of a two yr. degree or trade school to compete with today's world. However, unless you choose to pursue a professional career then you have just as good of chance at accelling where you put your mind to it. Make good choices about job types that will help you continue on the path yo want to grow. If you aim for the moon and miss at least you still have the stars. Your success lays in your careful planning and the guidance you seek to help you! Are you motivated?

a lot less significant it style of feels than in previous a lengthy time period with the global competition. the common starting up pay for a school graduate is about $40 8,three hundred, a lot less fee than contained in the 1970's, 80's or ninety's. the fee of faculty loans would not look nicely worth it. service industries and small agencies make extra experience.
