Sounds like a fuel injector unpluged.
Somewhere fuel not being properly burned

If the hesitation only started after you put the new parts on, you jacked something up when you did the work. Either you misrouted the wires, didn't seat the rotor bug properly, incorrectly gapped the plugs, got an incorrect or cracked distributor cap, etc. Double check all your work or have someone else check it for you.
If the hesitation was around prior to you changing the parts, you need to investigate further. I'd suggest testing your O2 sensor and fuel injectors, as well as taking a look at your exhaust components (catalytic converter especially).

the timing is off. if you did the work yourself or if a friend did it without checking the timing, when you changed the cap, the timing got off. it's normal for that to happen since the caps are plastic and not perfectly manufactured. take it to a mechanic and have them set the timing.
backfiring through the exhaust is usually caused by the timing being retarded. when it pre-fires it comes up throught the carburator and the timing is to far forward. both are dangerous, but pre-fire can start a fire.

BUG?
I suspect that you either misrouted a wire or didn't get the cap on right. You don't say what engine, so it is a little hard to get specific.

First huge concern -- it somewhat is a steer sparkling of the main un-stable sort on the line (truthfully authentic -- see client comments) It sounds like a gasoline line concern. would desire to be any sort of issues from a bad gasoline pump, undesirable gasoline, undesirable gasoline filter out, the record is going on. of direction it somewhat is a steer sparkling of -- would desire to be something.
