Why can't I find this song on downloads? Do you know where I can down load the song...?

I love the song and really want it but can't find it anywhere. I've tried yahoo, fye, mtv, urge, radio stations, and I don't have an account with Itunes so I can't buy them from there.
Any suggestions?
I really want this stupid song.
