False. The fabric that tights are made of is porous, so if a girl wearing tights were to "pass wind", it would simply pass right through the fabric.
That's a rather silly question.

that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard, tights have small holes in it. Pretty much all clothes do, and it is not dense and heavy, so it wouldn't just fall to the bottom
