How old are you?
Mine are not thinner and I don't think my mother's were when she died and she was 84...maybe genetics has something to do with it.

The older you get, the less collagen you produce.. this is what makes up most of the "plump" in your lips

Do they? Maybe it's just because our nose gets bigger from all the abuse we give it...rubbing, blowing, wiping and so our lips just LOOK THINNER. Yeah, I think that's it.

collagen decreases. With the decrease, and the aging/of the skin it really minimizes the look of the lips.
